ﺗﻘﺸّﺮ ﺣﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﻧﻐﺎ ﻭﺗﻘﻄﻊ ﺛﻢ ﺗﻮﺿﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﻼﻁ ﻭﺗﻔﺮﻡ ﺟﻴﺪﺍ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺼﺒﺢ

 ﻟﺰﺟﺔ .
ﺗﻌﺼﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻤﻮﻧﺔ ﻭﻧﻀﻴﻔﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺰﻳﺞ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ ﺗﻀﺎﻑ ﻛﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﻦ ﻭﺗﺤﺮﻙ ﺟﻴﺪﺍ .
ﺗﻀﺎﻑ ﻣﻠﻌﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺴﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﻏﺒﺔ ﻭﻳﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺼﻴﺮ ﻓﻮﺭﺍ .


ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﺰﻳﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﺏ ﺑﺸﺮﺍﺋﺢ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻤﻮﻥ ﻭﺃﻭﺭﺍﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﻌﻨﺎﻉ .
