-3 ﺃﺿﻴﻔﻲ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﺤﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺮﻭﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭ ﻭﻗﻠﺒﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎﺕ ﻟﺤﻮﺍﻟﻰ

 10 ﺩﻗﺎﺋﻖ .

-4 ﺃﺿﻴﻔﻲ ﺃﺧﻴﺮﺍً ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺤﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻄﻤﺎﻃﻢ ﻭﻗﻠّﺒﻲ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ 12 ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ .

-5 ﻧﻜّﻬﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻠﺢ ﻭﻗﻠﺒﻲ ﻟﺪﻗﻴﻘﺘﻴﻦ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﻴﺘﻴﻦ ﺛﻢّ ﺍﺭﻓﻌﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ .
-6 ﻟﺘﺤﻀﻴﺮ ﺻﻠﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺎﻣﻴﻞ، ﺫﻭّﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﺰﺑﺪﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺪﺭٍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ ﺛﻢّ 

ﺃﺿﻴﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺪﻗﻴﻖ ﺗﺪﺭﻳﺠﻴﺎً ﻭﻗﻠﺒﻲ .

-7 ﺃﺳﻜﺒﻲ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻴﺐ ﻭﺣﺮّﻛﻲ ﺑﺸﻜﻞٍ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮّ .

-8 ﻧﻜّﻬﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻠﺢ ﻭﺣﺮﻛﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎﺕ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺜﺨﻦ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﺼﺔ ﺛﻢّ ﺍﺭﻓﻌﻴﻬﺎ 

ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ .

-9 ﺻﻔّﻲ ﻃﺒﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﺍﻧﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﺮﻥ ﺛﻢّ ﺿﻌﻲ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺗﺒﺎﻋﺎً 

ﻃﺒﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺻﻠﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺤﻢ، ﺻﻠﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺎﻣﻴﻞ، ﺟﺒﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺭﻣﻴﺰﺍﻥ ﻭﺟﺒﻦ 

ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺯﺍﺭﻳﻼ .


-10 ﺃﻋﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻜﻤﻴﺎﺕ، ﺇﺧﺘﺎﺭﻱ ﻋﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺮﻳﺪﻳﻨﻪ .

-11 ﺇﺧﺒﺰﻱ ﺻﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﺍﻧﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﻥ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ 60-45 ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺛﻢ ﻗﺪﻣﻴﻬﺎ ﺳﺎﺧﻨﺔ .
