ﻓﺘّﺘﻲ ﻋﺠﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﻨﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻮﺍﺳﻄﺔ ﻳﺪﻳﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻭﻋﺎﺀ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺍﻟﺤﺠﻢ .

-2 ﺃﺿﻴﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺰﺑﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﺩﻋﻜﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎﺕ ﺑﻴﺪﻳﻚ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺘﺪﺍﺧﻞ ﺛﻢ ﺍﺗﺮﻛﻴﻬﺎ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎً .

-3 ﻓﻲ ﻗﺪﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ، ﺃﺧﻠﻄﻲ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺳﺘﺮﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﻮﺩﺭﺓ ﻭﻛﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻴﺐ 

ﻭﺣﺮّﻛﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎﺕ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺘﺠﺎﻧﺲ .

-4 ﺃﺿﻴﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﺮ ﻭﻣﺎ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻴﺐ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻚ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭ ﺣﺘﻰ 

ﻳﻐﻠﻲ ﻣﺰﻳﺞ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺳﺘﺮﺩ ﻭﻳﺘﻤﺎﺳﻚ .

-5 ﺃﺑﻌﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﺗﺮﻛﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎﺕ ﺗﺒﺮﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﻓﺔ .


-6 ﺿﻌﻲ ﻧﺼﻒ ﻛﻤﻴﺔ ﻋﺠﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﻨﺎﻓﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﺮﻥ ﻭﺍﺳﻜﺒﻲ

 ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺳﺘﺮﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ .


-7 ﻭﺯّﻋﻲ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻜﻨﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﺘﺄﻥ ﺛﻢ ﺍﺩﺧﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻓﺮﻥ 

ﻣﺤﻤﻰ ﻣﺴﺒﻘﺎً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺓ 180 ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﻣﺌﻮﻳﺔ ﻟﺤﻮﺍﻟﻰ 20 ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ .


-8 ﺣﻴﻦ ﺗﺘﺤﻤّﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﺠﻴﻨﺔ، ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻲ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻥ ﻭﺍﺳﻜﺒﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﻄﺮ

 ﻭﻭﺯﻋّﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺘﻖ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﺒﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ.
